Loving and drinking share many similar characteristics. For instance, excessive loving will result in a massive heartache. Some would advise waiting out the storm of pain while others suggest a dose of the same poison to alleviate the pain, aka the rebound. A strong love will get you drunk way faster and you wont notice until it's too late in the game.

There was a time when nightmares were a terrible thing to experience because they were so different from reality. When did I start waking up into a nightmare?

Midway on my hour-long commute to work, my head resting on the bumpy bus window, the song ended. The next track started to play but I decided to skip it. I didn't want to listen to that song.

In the middle of a rerun episode of Dragon Ball: The Cell Games, I'm flying around with Goku and the gang. I'm more of a spectator than a fighter, just like Yamucha or Chouzu. It's looking like Cell is going to be defeated so I head back down to the ground, heading back home to my grandma's place.

I parked Raul's truck in a tight parking space in his apartment complex. I was a bit worried about it so I stood there analyzing my options but eventually got blocked by a Uhal truck. I surveyed the situation and there was no getting out of that spot. I gave up and headed towards the apartment and I see a guy behind the Uhal, a fat Italian guy.
Before getting to the building stairs, I turn around and see him going back inside his place. This is how our conversation unfolded:
"Excuse me is there any way we can..."
"NO THERE ISN'T, YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE"
"OK sorry to bother..."

Somewhere in a post apocalyptic sci-fi western location, where ex-convicts and Wall Street stock brokers live in organized chaos. I found myself in the middle of a gang related confrontation. I belonged to one gang with some friends. The other gang consisted of fat and balled thugs, maybe neo nazi skin heads. The rules of engagement didn't allow us to fight, not until the last civilian had left the premises.

I made a quick visit to El Salvador and on my last night I hung out with one of my best friends. I was going to spend the night there and he was going to give me a ride to the airport in the morning. When I double checked my airplane ticket, I realized it was departing from a different airport... almost 4 hours away!
I started panicking and told him we had to leave immediately.
I wake up and we're still at his apartment, and we're super late. There was no way I could catch that flight, but I still got in a taxi with my friend and paid the taxi driver $250 to get us to that airport.

I just parked my car in what appears to be a massive new garage in USF. I see Gemma walking ahead of me so I sped up to say "ELLO mate". She looked at me estranged and said "hello?" and kept walking. Then I was puzzled but insisted in walking with her. I asked where she was headed to and she gave me a vague answer I felt like I had ask her the same question not too long ago and got the same answer. I figured she was just trying to get away from me so I felt rejected and decided to stop walking with her at the end of the 3rd floor.

We're at a bartender's dog's birthday party. The dog was turning 17 in human years so it was about to kick it anytime but still it wagged its tale for the cake. The bartender was sort of crying as she was telling me she was sad cause her husband left her and at that moment I was like: "OK everybody time to go. Party is over".

It starts out like a music video, or a Cribs episode of Meme's house, big pool with multiple shacks inside the pool and a nice 90's Central American mansion style. Meme's was cooking and she was vibrant and cooking a lot of food. There were a lot of people there too.

If my love was enough we'd be together for at least 100 years.
I understand well we don't belong together but still you are the one I love and want to be with.

I'm boarding an egg-looking space capsule, it serves as an elevator capsule to travel all around the space ship. I'm required to sit and wear seat belt at all times due to its high velocity. During the travel, there was a screen inside the capsule playing animated shows of cats. The capsule finally comes to a halt and orders me to remove myself from the capsule. Apparently we were no longer on Earth because gravity was strange. The floor was padded with mats and I had to crawl to move.

I drove into a highway concrete divider. My beautiful car, krystl, is no more.

On the way to church, it's Christmas eve and we are all well dressed and presentable. To my knowledge, this would become my 21st Christmas. I know the drill, we sit down and listen to the choir sing and for a minute or two I feel a chill run down my spine. Often I've wondered what this chill means or where does it come from... I guess I never remember long enough to search it on Google.

I'm in a garage with the gate open talking with a neighbor talking about car stuff. Another neighbor joins in the vague conversation, once I was annoyed I announced my retreat. Before I was able to shut the gate, on the corner of my eye the sky began to shift. In a matter of seconds, the sky was sucked into nothing and as if the atmosphere disappeared, the sky was naked and the all the stars of space were displayed. Truly beautiful. Seconds after, the earth began to shake and gravity stopped working. I was deeply excited as i was terrified.

I'm inside a hotel room and there's kid watching TV and man sitting by the desk. Emily is standing by the door showing me her bathing suit asking me if I like it. An older kid my age walks in and he looks very mad. Emily tells me to come out of the room with her. The older kid tells the man 'Dad I hate it when Mom brings guys my age'. The man agrees and I walk out of the room confused.

What I remember is being in a restaurant located on the roof of a skyscraper. I was just walking around, and I see Alvin and another guy sitting down and talking. I look at them and think to myself 'i knew he was gay'. I overhear some of the conversation. He was complaining about how Karen messed up his heart, then he sees me. He recognizes me and calls me out and I'm not backing off. Alvin pulls out a gun and points it to my head. At that moment, I braced myself for death. Alvin pulls the trigger and kills himself, I'm splattered with blood and I walk away with disgust.

Finally we are here at last, sending off the last week of this eventful semester of college. A lot has happened to me, from learning how to successfully play Texas Hhold'em to how to control my alcoholism (haha, jk). Anyhow, I'm glad to be alive and kickin' with my family and friends. As the summer approaches I can only hope for things to get better for me. Hopefully the war in Iraq will come to some sort of an end, and perhaps I can come to terms with my platonic love interest. But I am way too optimist haha. Until next time my silent audience, Farewell.

Some may tag a rainy day with a gray and dull attitude, but I have experienced the complete opposite. Yesterday was excellent in almost every way, despite the presence of rain all day. I went to school around 2pm, class was short and understandable even though I had a couple intermission naps. After then, things became movie like, just like I would've directed the cameras and written the script. If anything went wrong, I was unable to care.

This time it's for real. I promise I'll update on a regular fashion. There is no real reason for my unenlightened attitude towards my personal website, I just feel like I've been slacking on my artistic side of life. Drunken blogs, here I come!
